Car & Classic combines a large classics marketplace with an auction product, but the model does not suit every seller. As the seller you pay 6% commission with a €600 minimum, excluding VAT, the buyer pays a service fee that runs up to €5,000, the auction takes ten to fourteen days including the pre-live phase, and the purchase price runs through an escrow account that is only released after both parties confirm. If you are looking for an auction without a seller commission, with a shorter process or with a campaign built specifically for your car, there are alternatives. Below they sit side by side.

Three considerations help when choosing. What do you keep, since a 6% seller commission comes straight out of your proceeds? How long may it take, from submission to money in your account? And what does the platform actively do for your car: a slot on a large marketplace, or a campaign that brings buyers to this one auction?
Submit your car and our team will review it within 48 hours
